Overview
Know when you last did it. WhenLast shows how many days have passed since each chore, and lets you log it in one tap from a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, without opening the app.
Cleaning the AC filter, replacing a toothbrush, swapping a water filter cartridge, changing the oil, checking tire pressure. They matter, but nobody remembers the date. Add them once, and WhenLast shows how long it has been and what is coming due.
DAYS SINCE, AT A GLANCE • Each item shows the date you last did it and the days elapsed • Set a rough interval, from one week up to ten years, and items are marked Recent, Soon, or Overdue with both color and text • Filter by category
ONE-TAP LOGGING • Tap "Done today" and it is saved the moment you tap • No confirmation dialogs, and you can undo right away • Log from the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets too
HISTORY AND NOTES • Every completion is kept in the item's history • Add a note to any entry, such as the cost, a model number, or the shop you used • Add past dates later, or correct a date
QUICK TO START • Common chores such as AC filter cleaning, toothbrush replacement, and oil changes are ready as templates • Create your own items and categories for anything else
A REMINDER WHEN IT'S DUE • One notification per item, on the day its interval runs out • Turn reminders on or off and choose the time in Settings
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account or sign-in • Entries are stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and sync automatically across devices on the same Apple Account. Settings shows the current sync status • Export everything to a CSV file • No ads and no tracking
WhenLast is not a task manager. It answers one question: when did I last do that?
What's new in 1.1.1
• Fixed the days-since count showing different numbers on different devices. Your records were syncing correctly all along — only the count was off.
