Terms of Use
The agreement that applies when you use an SSRE app.

These terms
By downloading or using an SSRE app you agree to these terms. Apps distributed through the App Store are also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to this document.
Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store. The app itself remains the property of SSRE.
Purchases
Paid apps and in-app purchases are sold by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by SSRE — request one through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Anything you create in an SSRE app belongs to you. SSRE claims no rights over it and, in most apps, never receives it in the first place.
No warranty
The apps are provided as they are. SSRE works to keep them correct and reliable but cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for loss of data. Please keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the apps change. The current version is always the one published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
